PRODUCT OVERVIEW

KLD-DTF series online distributed temperature sensing system adopts Raman spectroscopy effect. The temperature field at each point of the space where the optical fiber is located modulates the optical carrier transmitted in the fiber, and it displays the temperature value of the space in real time after demodulation. Based on optical time-domain reflection (OTDR) technology, it timely measures the distribution of space temperature field and continuously measures the temperature along the fiber. The measurement distance is in the range of a few kilometers to tens of kilometers with high spatial positioning accuracy, which is applicable to the occasions that require continuous multi-point measurement. The system has the advantages of flame-proof, explosion-proof, corrosion-resistant, anti-electromagnetic interference, high accuracy, fast data transmission and reading speed, good adaptive performance, etc. It is safe to be used in hazardous environments, and it can quickly sense the linear temperature and locate the position in real time.

PRINCIPLE OF DISTRIBUTED TEMPERATURE SENSING SYSTEM

Online distributed temperature sensing system is used for real-time sensing of the spatial temperature field. is a sensing system used for real-time measurement of the spatial temperature field. The optical fiber is both the transmission media and the sensing media in the system. Utilizing the optical fiber Raman spectroscopy, each point of temperature field where the fiber is located modulates the optical carrier transmitted in the optical fiber, timely displays the temperature of the space after demodulation. It utilizes the optical time-domain reflection (OTDR) technology to locate each measured point of the temperature field according to the spread speed of light in the optical fiber and the time of back optical return (similar to optical radar system).
