Composite Switch

It is suitable for switches in low-voltage reactive power compensation device. It adopts optimized internal algorithm and reliable zero-crossing switching technology to ensure the switches can accurately and quickly respond to changes every time.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW

Given that there are many inductive loads in modern industry, reactive power compensation is indispensable for them. Some scenarios with frequent changes in reactive power have higher requirements for the switching speed and stability of reactive power compensation. KLD-CS series composite switches are characterized by zero-crossing switching capacity and fast response speed, which is even highly applicable for the scenarios with frequent changes of reactive power.

KLD-CS series composite switches can precisely control the making and closing of reactive power compensation loop, featuring fast response time and strong overload capacity. It realizes voltage zero-crossing input and current zero-crossing removal, input without inrush current and no arcing for removal. It also automatically tracks the changes due to temperature, voltage and mechanical friction coefficient, and timely adjusts the drive parameters to limit the input inrush current to less than 2 times. Composite switch has low power consumption, and the starting power consumption is less than 10% of AC contactor of the same capacity, which is an ideal equipment to replace AC contactor.

MULTIPLE PROTECTION FUNCTIONS

KLD-CS series composite switches have diversified protection functions and LEDs indicate various alarm information.

Equipped with diversified protection functions such as phase loss, phase dislocation, power supply, overtemperature, etc., the switch can indicate the cause of alarm through the power supply alarm LEDs. When a fault occurs, the switch will trigger LED strobes, and the number of times of LED strobes indicates the fault code. The cause of the fault can be found by checking the alarm code table of the CS series composite switches to ensure the reliable operation of the equipment.

ZERO-CROSSING SWITCHING CAPACITY

Rapid and stable switching enables precise control of the switching process and reduces sudden changes in current and voltage.

It avoids the phenomenon of arcing, reduces the interference and loss generated by the switch, and improves the stability and reliability of the system, so as to provide a better application environment for capacitors and effectively prolong its service life.
